Can I modify the stay?

Of course — this journey is a suggestion. With "Build this stay" you access our virtual concierge: change times, add or remove treatments, swap brunch for an in-room platter, the price adjusts to the cent.

What does Spa Zen Garden include?

Sauna, hammam, heated pool and tisane bar — free access throughout your stay. It's our signature: we include it complimentary with every room booking.

Is Le Baladin open in the evening?

Le Baladin serves lunch and closes at 6pm. For the evening, we offer a dinner tray in your room (£25/person, delivered between 7:30pm and 8:30pm) or, for stays of 3 nights or more, dinner at Auberge Route d'Or 5 minutes away (£60/person).

Can I cancel or reschedule my dates?

Yes. As long as you're not within 7 days of arrival, cancellation is simply by email. Within 7 days, we discuss your situation together and find a rescheduling when possible.

How do couples' massages work?

Our troglodytic cabins are designed to accommodate two treatments simultaneously. If our therapists are available at your chosen time, your slot is confirmed instantly; otherwise we suggest two consecutive solo treatments, which often fit within 90 minutes.
